Other ways to Volunteer

Please reach us at falconsfourpillars@gmail.com if you cannot find an answer to your question.

(Dads of Great Students) is a program for our students’ male role models to volunteer at the school. When you are a WATCH D.O.G.S. at the school, you and your student (or students) may wear your WATCH D.O.G.S. shirt.

Teachers sometimes need more adults in the classroom to help with reading groups, math groups or copying papers. Please contact your teacher directly.

The Yellow Folder system is a way to get a week’s worth of homework out to our students. A parent will take home the folders; stuff them with students’ graded papers and homework for that week.
In the younger elementary grades, you might take home worksheets to grade.

*must have background check completed by office

Teachers will reach out with sign ups.

Help staff Clean tables and lunchroom during grade changes.

Do you have a special skill like sewing, gaming, carpentry or welding? You can donate your time to the school. Create a club for afterschool fun.

In the spring, the school musical might need help with sewing or altering costumes.

Many classrooms, especially at the younger age, have a room parent. If the teacher needs anything, they can reach out to this parent and the parent can procure these items, whether they are classroom volunteers or classroom supplies. All three classes in each grade can combine to form a grade committee. Each grade level can nominate one of the 3 from each classroom to work with a larger committee. These committees can represent k-2, 3-5 or Middle School. They can meet to discuss events impacting their collective students, such as Middle School Madness or Lunchroom/Cafeteria discussions.
